Terms and Conditions

Given the nature of the intellectual property of the course materials, and that taking a class participant seat results in it  subsequently being unavailable to another participant, there are NO Refunds.  Please ensure the class schedule fits your family and student's needs prior to enrollment.   If you have questions or concerns please reach out to discuss prior to enrollment.  Once registered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason.  

From a Privacy Policy perspective we never sell or share your information and use it only as needed to communicate directly with you and/or your student for class, assignments and materials and tutoring purposes.   We respect Your Privacy and do not share your information and communicate per your preferences and/or opt in requests only.  

 

Session Recording & Usage Notice: "To ensure safety, quality control, and to allow enrolled participants to review missed material, live online classes may be recorded by the instructor. By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to video and audio recording of their student during class. Access to recordings is strictly limited to enrolled families and will never be shared publicly or sold."

Prohibition of Recording by Participants: "Students and parents are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-capturing, downloading, or distributing video, audio, or screenshot content from live classes or private sessions. Violations will result in immediate removal from the platform without refund."

Student Privacy in Group Classes: "For the privacy and protection of all minor participants, students are instructed not to share personal contact details (such as email addresses, social media, or phone numbers) in the chat or during live calls. Parents may opt to keep their student’s camera off or display a first name only during class sessions."
