Meet Wendi Walker

Home schooling is a profound privilege, an awesome responsibility, and a joy-filled journey,  No one knows your child better nor loves them more than you do,  You are uniquely qualified to home education your children.  Sometimes, the journey can get a little bumpy,  That’s where I come in!

I am a veteran home school mom  just like you!  I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education.  Over the years I’ve directed multiple co-ops, taught a variety of home school classes, served on the board of a home school Speech and Debate club.  I’ve been in the trenches and I know home school.

I am also a proud mom to a son with special needs, and the special needs community has a special place in my heart.  I have been given the privilege of working alongside many special needs students and their families, offering academic support as well as a generous dose of cheerleading and fun!  I believe my role is to support not just my students, but parents as well.  I’ve been where you are. I get it.  I firmly believe special needs kids are brilliant.  Our job as parents and educators is to keep trying different keys until we unlock their brilliance and watch them SOAR!  

I offer both live classes and one-on-tutoring.  My classes are fun and engaging.  School should not be boring!   I am here to help alleviate the overwhelm, the tears, and the confusion.
